If you like keeping up with the latest news and trends in the automotive world, then you know all about the Geneva Motor Show. It’s one of the world’s top venues for debuting and showcasing the latest models and tech that will go on to change the world. Toyota has used the Geneva Motor Show in the past to reveal some of its most beloved products, and in 2018, Toyota has an ace up its sleeve.

That ace is the 2019 Corolla hatchback. The much anticipated vehicle will finally be making it’s debut at this year’s event Geneva. This hatchback has been in development for awhile, alongside the 12 generation Corolla sedan, and will make its long awaited arrival to markets later this year. The hatchback will utilize Toyota’s TNGA platform, which gives it a low center of gravity and bigger body rigidity. You can find that same TNGA platform on the current Camry and Prius, two of Toyota’s most beloved vehicles.

Not much has been revealed yet in terms of the design of the 2019 Toyota Corolla, but you can expect a smooth, sleek design and a “floating roof” design that will make it a truly unique vehicle in the Toyota lineup. You can also expect to find many of the under the hood features found in the Prius to show up in a hybrid version of the hatchback, which includes a 2.0 litre system.

Toyota will have more than just the Corolla hatchback debuting at this year’s Geneva Motor Show. You’ll also get to see a Supra race car concept which certainly be a sight to behold. The motor show begins March 6 and we will be sure to provide you with all the relevant info so you can be kept up to date. Make sure to follow our Facebook and Twitter pages for more.
