Q: How do I redeem my certificate?
Bring your certificate to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest on your next service visit, and the amount of the reward will be credited towards your service or repair.
Q: If I have multiple certificates, can I combine them?
Yes, Loyalty Rewards certificates may be combined with each other.
Q: Will I receive points when I bring in my vehicle for its scheduled ToyotaCare maintenance?
Yes, points will be given for every dollar that would have been spent if ToyotaCare was not complimentary.
Q: If I have points/certificates at two different dealerships, can they be combined?
No, points/certificates are only valid at the dealership that issued them.
Q: Is there a way to see how many points I have?
Yes, your service advisor can help you look up how many points you have accrued.
Q: Do I have to drive a Toyota to be eligible for the program?
No, all makes/models are eligible for the program.
