Crossover Packs a Powerful Punch | Toyota C-HR Performance
Don't let it's looks fool you. Though small, The C-HR houses a
powerful 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that gives a respectable 144 horsepower
& 140 lb-ft of torque. The continuously variable transmission (CVT) directs
all power to the front wheels and takes advantage of a number of Toyota's
latest technologies, such as the Variable Valve Timing (VVT) and Valvematic.
All of these innovations combined offer more fuel economy and an effortless
drive. The 2018 C-HR is just efficient, however, it is fun to drive with a
sport mode that features a simulated 7-speed Sequential Shiftmatic that allows drivers
to "shift" gears as they please.Ā
