What is ToyotaCare?

ToyotaCare is a regular maintenance plan that is design to keep your Toyota running at optimal performance levels for years to come. At no cost to you, our team of certified service technicians will take care of all your maintenance needs for up to 2 years or 25,000 miles (whichever comes first). Everything your Toyota car, truck or SUV needs is included from oil changes to tire rotations & more. 

ToyotaCare also comes with 24/7 Roadside Assistance to give you peace of mind on the road. If you get locked out, your battery dies, a tire goes flat or you need a tow, the Toyota Roadside Assistance team is there to help. Just call 1-800-444-4195 with your vehicle information for assistance. 

What does the maintenance plan include?

The ToyotaCare Maintenance Plan includes all of your regular factory recommended service for every 5,000 miles up to 2 years/25,000 miles from your vehicles first use date (day of purchase). 2 years of 24-hour roadside assistance is also included. 

What does the roadside Assistance plan cover?

The Toyota Roadside Assistance plan includes 24-hour phone assistance and the following services: battery jump start, tire service, fuel delivery, towing, winching & lockout protection. 

Do I always have to come to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest in Lithonia to take advantage of my maintenance plan?

No. We know that our customers from Lithonia, Conyers, Stone Mountain, McDonough & Atlanta travel long distances to enjoy the high standard of service provided at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. We also understand that sometimes life events require you to move or be away for extended periods of time. With that in mind, the ToyotaCare maintenance plan is accepted at all participating Toyota dealerships across the United States. 

Does my ToyotaCare plan cover oil & filter changes every time the maintenance light comes on?

Yes. If your vehicle calls for an oil change for every factory recommended 5k, 10k, 15k, 20k or 25k maintenance service, then the oil change will be covered. If, however, your vehicles runs on synthetic oil and an oil change is only required every 10,000 miles then the service will not be provided during the 5,000 mile interval. 

How do I know if my vehicle uses conventional or synthetic oil?

Please refer to the owner's manual to determine the type of oil your car uses. You may also look at the vehicle identification card included in your welcome kit for a quick reference. 

What if I need to travel before the light comes on? Will Toyota cover my maintenance service before I reach the next 5,000 mile interval? 

Yes, but any additional no-cost services will be held off until the vehicle reaches it's next regularly scheduled maintenance. 

What if my car if found to need additional services during my regular maintenance? Will these services be covered? 

If the service or repair is covered in the 3 year/36,000 mile factory warranty, provided with every new Toyota or Scion vehicle. All additional services not included in the regular maintenance plan, however, are the customer's responsibility.

Do I only need to come in every 10,000 miles if my vehicle runs on synthetic oil? 

Your vehicles Scheduled Maintenance Guide will provide recommendations for the services needed at every 5,000 mile interval. While your car may not need an oil change every 5,000 miles, it may require other services such as a tire rotation. Please be sure to follow the recommended service guidelines to ensure your vehicle stay in top condition.  

What comes in my ToyotaCare welcome kit? 

When you purchase your car you will receive a welcome kit that explains all of the details and benefits of the ToyotaCare Program. You will receive the welcome kit within about 30-45 days from your vehicle purchase date.  

If I misplace or lose my ToyotaCare Welcome Kit or vehicle identification card, how can I get another one?   
Please call the Toyota Customer Experience Center (CEC) at 1-800-331-4331 to get a replacement kit.
